Personal Reflection

As someone who lives at the intersection of influencer culture and retail strategy, this project provided an opportunity to blend creative vision with sales impact. I wanted to reimagine affiliate marketing as something more personal and powerful — not just about conversions, but about building a community of women who feel seen in what they wear. Alice + Olivia’s unapologetic energy and female-led spirit made this a dream brand to concept for. This project reflects my approach: creative, strategic, and always with the end customer in mind.

Campaign Overview

To drive measurable affiliate growth and elevate alice + olivia’s presence on ShopMy, this strategy focuses on cultivating a curated creator community that reflects the brand’s bold sophistication and unapologetic femininity. By identifying creator archetypes that mirror key customer segments, we’ll launch monthly product edits tied to high-impact seasonal moments—like holiday dressing or desk-to-dinner looks—that tell a compelling style story. Gifting will be strategic and performance-based, designed to nurture loyalty while maximizing ROI. Creator content will align with broader brand campaigns to ensure cross-channel cohesion, with success measured through affiliate revenue, conversion rates, and long-term creator engagement.
